August 31, 2012     I was well taken care of from all the staff.  Everyone was very professional and courteous.  Dr. Rosenfeld is a doctor that I trust very much.   The free sample of birth control pills and year prescription  saved me a lot of money- thanks for your care and understanding.

August  15 , 2012    I have been to the clinic before when I was 18 years old.    Unfortunately,   I found myself pregnant at 37,  as a divorced, mother of 3.  There was no question that I would return to Houston Women’s Clinic  because I remember how nice and kind everyone was.    Once again, I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Rosenfeld and all of the staff for the excellent care!   Bless you all.

August 10, 2012    I did not feel any pain at all and I was happy to get a year prescription of birth control pills and free samples.  Dr. Rosenfeld is terrific, warm, compassionate and reassuring.   Ivy is wonderful!   Held my hand (literally) the entire time.  She is simply an amazing lady -very comforting, warm, helpful, compassionate and caring.  

August 9, 2012     I was referred by a friend and she told me that she was well taken care of.  My friend also said that Dr Rosenfeld was very gentle and kind and that was what I experienced.   She also did not have any pain & neither did I.  I would like to thank the whole staff.  Everyone was so nice and helpful.  If I had to do this again, this would be the place.  I will make sure I refer to ya’ll.  I wish I could remember my room assistants name because she was great.  After talking to her,  I felt more relaxed.  I was so impressed by the services that I wanted to call the clinic and tell all of your staff THANK YOU!

June 21, 2012     I was referred by my Ob/Gyn and overall everyone was very polite, helpful and made me feel comfortable.  I really liked that the procedure was quick, easy & painless.

June 7, 2012      Ms Mona was very sweet and helpful on the phone.  The receptionist helped me make calls for funding assistance and I was able to get some money to help pay for my abortion.  My counselor was fantastic, very personable.

"I was a patient of yours on Tuesday. I would first like to let you know that your staff is absolutely wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable, important, and safe. They were all very friendly and comforting. I felt "at home". I really appreciate their discretion. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable about anything and they even explained step by step what they were doing to me and told me what each medication was that I was being given at that time. Being knowledgeable helped me to be more confident and relaxed.

The procedure itself wasn't at all how I had imagined it. It was very gentle, painless and was over in just minutes. The facility was very well kept and clean. The recovery room was very comfortable. It was comforting to be in the room with other girls who had just been through the same procedure as I had.

All in all, you have a very knowledgeable, professional, and yet down-to-earth staff who never hesitated to answer all of my questions. In conclusion, thanks for making the scariest day of my life one of the easiest. It really could not have been more perfect. I'll never regret choosing Houston Women's Clinic!"
